摘要 针对二次设备的缺陷管理,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和分类加权关联规则的分析方法。在阐述关联规则的基础上引入分类加权关联规则及其Apriori算法实现;考虑二次设备的生产厂家、设备类型、缺陷发现时间、缺陷部位、缺陷原因、缺陷等级6个重要属性,建立了基于加权关联规则的二次设备缺陷数据模型;以某市变电站的二次设备缺陷数据构造缺陷样本,利用AHP计算缺陷项目的初始权重;使用加权的Apriori算法挖掘二次设备缺陷数据各属性的加权关联规则,分析其关联性。研究表明,该方法能够挖掘出运检人员更加关注的二次设备缺陷信息,对提高二次设备运维和管控水平具有实际意义。 For defect management of secondary equipment,this paper presents a analysis method for secondary equipment defect based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and classification weighted association rules,and on the basis of elaborating association rules,introduces classification weighted association rules and its Apriori algorithm implementation. Then, considering six important attributes of secondary equipment, including manufacturer,equipment type,defect discovery time,defect location,defect cause and defect grade,the paper establishes a data model for secondary equipment defect based on weighted association rules. Finally,the defect samples are constructed from the defect data of secondary equipment in a city substation;AHP is used to calculate the initial weight of defect items. In addition,the paper uses the weighted Apriori algorithm to mine the weighted association rules of each attribute of secondary equipment defect data,and also analyzes their associations. The research shows that the proposed method can be used to mine the defect information of secondary equipment that the inspectors pay more attention to,and has practical significance for improving the level of operation,maintenance and control of secondary equipment.
