不同燃烧方式下燃煤锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题探讨 被引量:8

摘要 在对燃煤锅炉进行低氮化的燃烧和改造后,水冷壁的高温耐腐蚀现象日益严重。为了总结分析水冷壁高温腐蚀规律,统计分析了35台锅炉的高温腐蚀情况。同时,探析不同的燃烧方式下锅炉水冷壁所产生的高温腐蚀分布特点以及其腐蚀发生的机理,总结了寻找锅炉高温腐蚀防护的处理途径和方法,为有效缓解燃煤锅炉水冷壁的高温腐蚀问题提供了思路,使得机组的安全性和经济性得到显著提高。 After the low-NOx combustion and transformation of coal-fired boilers,the high-temperature corrosion of water-cooled walls becomes increasingly serious. In order to summarize and analyze the hightemperature corrosion law of water wall,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the high-temperature corrosion in35 coal-fired boilers. The paper also explores and analyzes the distribution characteristics and mechanism of hightemperature corrosion of boiler water wall under different combustion modes,and summarizes the treatment approaches and methods for high-temperature corrosion protection of boilers. Thus the paper provides ideas for effectively alleviating the high-temperature corrosion of water wall of coal-fired boilers,helping to improve the safety and economy of the generator unit significantly.
