摘要
为了提高产品收率与产品质量,通过对华北石化两套催化裂化装置(2FCC和3FCC)的反应-再生系统结构形式对比、物料平衡、反应时间和剂油比的计算和分析,提出适当提高2FCC反应温度、第一再生器温度,可以降低第二再生器温度,从而提高剂油比的构想。
In order to improve the product yield and product quality,the reaction-regeneration system of the two catalytic cracking units(2FCC and 3FCC)of China Petroleum Engineering&Construction Corp.North China Company is used for the comparison of structural mode and the calculation and analysis of the material balance,the reaction time and the catalyst-oil ratio,to increase appropriately 2FCC reaction temperature and the first regenerator temperature,which can reduce the temperature of the second regenerator,thereby increasing the concept of catalyst-oil ratio.
