摘要
电连接器灌胶固化后,目测发现个别胶层存在若干非连续性的直径不大于2mm的气泡,经过大量试验,胶层中出现气泡的现象始终无法消除。为此,本文对电连接器灌胶后胶层存在非连续气泡的现象进行研究,采用力学仿真和绝缘性能测试的方法分析和测试了胶层非连续气泡对电连接器灌胶性能的影响。结果表明,胶层非连续气泡对电连接器灌胶性能的影响可以忽略不计,因此胶层含有非连续气泡,且直径不大于2mm时,该电连接器仍然为合格品。
After the electrical connector is glue poured and cured,it is found by visual inspection that there are some non-continuous bubbles with a diameter of not more than 2 mm in the individual adhesive layer.After a lot of experiments,the phenomenon of bubbles in the adhesive layer cannot be eliminated.For this reason,this article studies the phenomenon of non-continuous bubbles in the adhesive layer of the electrical connector after the glue is poured.The method of mechanical simulation and insulation performance testing is used to analyze and test the influence of the non-continuous bubbles in the adhesive layer on the performance of the electrical connector.The results show that the effect of non-continuous bubbles in the adhesive layer on the glue pouring performance of the electrical connector is negligible.Therefore,when the adhesive layer contains non-continuous bubbles and the diameter is not greater than 2 mm,the electrical connector is still a qualified product.
