Safety Management of Installation and Construction of Wind Turbines for Offshore Wind Power Monopile Foundation

近年来,随着我国风电机组安装施工水平的不断提高,为了尽可能降低风电机组安装施工的成本,缩短施工周期,分担海上安装施工的任务,使得海上风电机组的整体安装越来越受到关注,但是在风电机组的整体安装中,需要严格把控施工安装,尽可能规避整机安装中的安全风险,保障海上风电机组的正常运转。本文以海上风电单桩基础风机的整体安装施工为例,阐述了单桩基础风机整体安装施工的安全管理措施,为相关工作的开展提供参考。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the installation and construction level of wind turbines in China,in order to reduce the cost of wind turbine installation and construction,shorten the construction period,and share the tasks of offshore installation and construction,the overall installation of offshore wind turbines has attracted more attention.However,in the overall installation of wind turbines,it is necessary to strictly control the construction and installation,avoid the safety risks in the installation of the whole machine,and ensure the normal operation of offshore wind turbines.This article takes the overall installation and construction of monopile foundation wind turbine for offshore wind power as an example,expounds the safety management measures for the overall installation and construction of monopile foundation wind turbine,and provides a reference for the development of related work.
