泮托拉唑钠联合奥曲肽治疗小儿急性胰腺炎对血清IL-2与IL-6的影响研究

Effects of pantoprazole sodium combined with octreotide on children with acute pancreatitis on serum IL-2 and IL-6

目的分析泮托拉唑钠与奥曲肽联合治疗小儿急性胰腺炎的临床效果及对患儿血清IL-2和IL-6水平的影响。方法选取本院收治的小儿急性胰腺炎患儿84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组和研究组各42例。对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,研究组联用泮托拉唑钠与奥曲肽治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的73.81%,P<0.05。研究组腹痛、腹部压痛消失时间以及尿淀粉酶和血淀粉酶恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后IL-6水平低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿急性胰腺炎在给予奥曲肽治疗的同时,联用泮托拉唑钠治疗能够有效缩短患儿症状消失时间,提升患儿治疗效果,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in children and to compare the serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in children.Methods:84 children with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,and 42 cases in the control group and the study group.The control group was given octreotide,and the study group was treated with pantoprazole sodium and octreotide to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%in the control group,P<0.05.The disappearance time of abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness in the study group and the recovery time of urinary amylase and blood amylase were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The IL-6 level in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:While octreotide is given to children with acute pancreatitis,pantoprazole sodium therapy can effectively shorten the time of symptom disappearance in children,improve the treatment effect of children,which can be applied.
