五行音乐疗法对乳腺癌患者化疗期间心理状态的影响研究

The effect of five elements music therapy on the psychological state of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy

目的探讨五行音乐疗法对乳腺癌患者化疗心理状态的影响。方法将2019年1月1日至2019年12月31日入住肿瘤科进行化疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行五行音乐治疗。结果经过4周的干预后,干预组焦虑水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组抑郁水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组自我感受负担水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法以“比类取象法”与情志相对应,能降低乳腺癌患者化疗期间的焦虑、抑郁等不良情志,降低自我感受负担水平,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of five elements music therapy on the psychological state of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods:From January 1,2019 to December 31,2019,breast cancer patients treated at oncology department for chemotherapy were taken as control group and intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was treated with five elements music therapy on the basis of routine nursing.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention,the level of anxiety in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The depression level of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of self perceived burden in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The five elements music therapy is corresponding to the emotion with the method of analogy and image.It can reduce the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy,and reduce the level of self feeling burden,which is worthy of clinical application.
