基于循证理论的中医特色护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者疼痛、腰椎功能及生活质量的影响

The role of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing model based on evidence-based theory in pain lumbar function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation surgery

目的探讨基于循证理论的中医特色护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者疼痛、腰椎功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年5月至2021年5月于本院行腰椎间盘减压手术的患者70例,按照随机数字表法均分为对照组、观察组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于循证理论的中医特色护理模式。对比护理14d后疼痛(NRS)、腰椎功能障碍(ODI)及生活质量(GQOLI-74)评分。结果干预后,观察组的疼痛(2.34±0.25)分、腰椎功能障碍(24.35±3.37)分均低于对照组的疼痛(3.87±0.12)分、腰椎功能障碍(29.58±3.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分中物质生活(57.57±4.45)分、躯体功能(57.16±3.73)分、心理功能(68.04±4.15)分与社会功能(66.46±6.54)分均高于对照组的物质生活(53.44±4.37)分、躯体功能(54.12±4.14)分、心理功能(63.94±4.32)分、社会功能(60.55±5.94)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者应用基于循证理论的中医特色护理模式干预,可以减轻患者的疼痛,改善腰椎功能,保障生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode based on evidence-based theory on the function of painful lumbar spine and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:70 patients who underwent lumbar intervertebral disc decompression surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing mode based on evidence-based theory to compare the pain(NRS)lumbar dysfunction(ODI)and quality of life(GQOLI-74)after nursing for 14 days.Results:After intervention,the pain score(2.34±0.25)and lumbar dysfunction score(24.35±3.37)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(3.87±0.12)and lumbar dysfunction score(29.58±3.24),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of physical life(57.57±4.45),physical function(57.16±3.73),mental function(68.04±4.15)and social function(66.46±6.54)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(53.44±4.37)and physical function(54.12±4.14)score,psychological function(63.94±4.32)score,social function(60.55±5.94)score,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing mode intervention based on evidence-based theory to patients with lumbar disc herniation surgery can alleviate the pain of patients,promote the improvement of lumbar function,and ensure the quality of life.
