基于自我效能、应对方式的护理干预对乳腺癌改良根治术术后患者生活质量的影响

The influence of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy and coping style on the quality of life of patients after modified radical mastectomy

目的探究基于自我效能、应对方式的护理干预对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在康平县人民医院接受乳腺癌改良根治术的86例患者为研究对象,将患者按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为两组A组和B组(每组43例)。B组患者接受常规护理措施,A组在B组的基础上开展基于自我效能、应对方式的护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度、生活质量和自护能力。结果A组的护理满意度为95.35%,高于B组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者生活质量评分、自护能力评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组的生活质量评分、自护能力评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组的生活质量评分、自护能力评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术术后患者护理中,基于自我效能、应对方式的护理干预能够提高患者生活质量,促进患者自护能力提升,患者满意度较高,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy and coping style on the quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods:A total of 86 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in Kangping People's Hospital during from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups-group A and group B(43 cases in each group).The patients in group B received routine nursing measures,while the patients in group A received nursing intervention based on self-efficacy and coping style on the basis of group B.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of group A was 95.35%,higher than that of group B(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of quality of life and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life and self-care ability in group A were higher than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients after modified radical mastectomy,nursing intervention based on self-efficacy and coping style can improve the quality of life of patients,promote the improvement of self-care ability of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of application.
