手术室整体护理对行宫腔镜检查术患者感受及应激反应的影响研究

Study on the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on patients'feeling and stress response during hysteroscopy

目的探究手术室整体护理对行宫腔镜检查术患者感受及应激反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年7月42例在本院行宫腔镜检查术的患者为研究对象,随机等分为研究组(手术室整体护理)与对照组(常规护理)。记录患者不同时间血流动力学指标,测量血浆IL-6浓度,以焦虑及抑郁量表评定患者的心理状态,对护理后满意度予以对比。结果研究组术后MAP、HR及IL-6浓度显著低于对照组,t=8.001、6.441、5.082,P<0.05;对比SAS及SDS量表评分,研究组(44.12±3.65)分、(42.36±3.79)分均显著低于对照组,t=7.253、6.898,P<0.05;研究组满意度显著高于对照组,χ^(2)=6.824,P<0.05。结论手术室整体护理在行宫腔镜检查术患者中的应用效果更加明显,不仅可以有效改善患者症状及心理应激反应,还可以有效提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing in the operating room on the feeling and stress response of patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods:42 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into an experimental group(integrated nursing in the operating room)and a control group(routine nursing).Results:The concentration of MAP,HR and IL-6 in the experimental group after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,t=8.001,6.441,5.082,P<0.05;comparing the SAS and SDS scale scores,the experimental group(44.12±3.65),(42.36±3.79)were significantly lower than the control group,t=7.253,6.898,P<0.05;the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,χ^(2)=6.824,P<0.05.Conclusion:The overall effect of operating room nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopy is more obvious,which can not only effectively improve patients'symptoms and psychological stress response.
