持续质量改进在胸外科护理质量管理中的应用效果

The application effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management of thoracicsurgery department

目的探究持续质量改进在胸外科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法于2017年8月至2018年8月、2018年9月至2019年9月两个时段,从本院胸外科收治的患者中各选择80例进行研究,按照研究时段进行分组,即前者为对照组,后者为研究组。对照组实施常规护理措施,研究组实施持续质量改进型护理,对比护理人员相关知识掌握情况评分、患者护理满意度。结果研究组护理人员相关知识掌握情况评分高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在胸外科护理质量管理中,持续质量改进的应用,既可提高护理人员知识掌握情况,又可提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management of thoracic surgery department.Methods:The study was divided into two periods:August 2017 to August 2018 and September 2018 to September 2019.80 patients in the department of thoracic surgery of Kangping People's Hospital were selected respectively for each period,and they were divided into two groups according to the study period,namely,the former was the control group,and the latter was the study group.The scores of nurses'mastery of relevant knowledge and patients'nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:The score of nurses'mastery of relevant knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the nursing quality management of thoracic surgery,the application of continuous quality improvement can not only improve the knowledge of nursing staff,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
