老年人居住建筑设计探析

Analysis of Residential Architecture Design for the Elderly

我国当前人口老龄化形势日益严峻,如何解决众多老年人的养老问题,实现"老有所养"目标,已成为摆在人们面前的一个现实问题。论文通过对国内目前的养老模式进行梳理,剖析了我国老年人居住建筑的现状及存在的问题,并结合老年人的生理、心理、行为特征、生活习惯、人体工学等方面,对整体规划、建筑设计进行研究,探索适合老年人的居住建筑。

At present,the situation of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious.How to solve the problem of providing for the elderly and achieve the goal of"providing for the elderly"has become a practical problem in front of us.By combing the existing pension models in China,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of residential buildings for the elderly in China.Combined with the physiology,psychology,behavior characteristics,living habits and ergonomics of the elderly,this paper studies the overall planning and architectural design,and explores the residential buildings suitable for the elderly.
