论小流域综合治理措施及在水土保持中的作用

Discussion on the Comprehensive Treatment Measures for Small Watershed and Its Function in Soil and Water Conservation

我国幅员辽阔,山地大约占国土总面积的2/3,而受传统农业生产模式和经济发展模式的影响,存在着严重的水土流失问题,导致山区生态环境持续恶化。借助小流域综合治理,可以对水土流失问题进行有效解决,实现社会经济的健康发展。论文从小流域综合治理的内涵和原则出发,分析了小流域综合治理措施,并就其在水土保持中的作用进行了讨论,以供参考。

China has a vast territory,and the mountainous area accounts for about 2/3 of the total land area.Affected by the traditional agricultural production mode and economic development mode,there is a serious problem of soil erosion,which leads to the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment in mountainous areas.With the help of comprehensive management of small watershed,the problem of soil erosion can be effectively solved,and the healthy development of social economy can be realized.Based on the connotation and principles of comprehensive management of small watershed,this paper analyzes the measures of comprehensive management of small watershed,and discusses its role in soil and water conservation for reference.
