摘要 冷弯薄壁型钢因其自重轻、节约钢材、抗震性能好、加工构件灵活多样、工厂预加工程度高、施工速度快、周期短、对现场施工空间要求低、符合环保绿色建筑要求等特点,在国内大型轻钢结构中应用广泛。论文通过深化设计,将冷弯薄壁型钢加工成各种不同截面尺寸及壁厚的成品型钢,采用"对扣""背靠背"等组合形式以及各种连接加固方式,实现了20m超高龙骨墙体施工,提供了防火墙和防火封堵施工方法。 Cold-formed thin-walled steel is widely used in the domestic large light steel structure due to its light weight,steel conservation,good anti-shocking performance,flexible and diverse processing components,high degree of factory pre-processing,high construction efficiency,short construction period,low requirements for on-site construction space,in line with the requirements of low-carbon green buildings,etc..Through the in-depth design,the cold-formed thin-wall section steel is processed into a variety of different section sizes and wall thickness of the finished section steel,using the combination of"buckle","back-to-back"and a variety of connection reinforcement methods,to achieve the construction of 20 m super high keel wall is achieved,firewall and fire blocking construction methods is also given.
