Disease Prevention and Green Construction Technology of Prefabricated Box Girder

我国常规跨径桥梁多采用预制预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁,该类型的桥梁在施工和运营中暴露出混凝土开裂、保护层脱落、钢筋锈蚀等质量通病。论文结合这些质量通病和工程实践经验,提出了预防预制预应力混凝土箱梁质量通病出现的措施和绿色施工技术,对减少施工质量病害和提高箱梁的安全性和耐久性具有借鉴意义。

Prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete box girder is usually used in conventional span bridges in China.In construction and operation of this type of bridge,common quality defects such as concrete cracking,protective layer shedding and steel corrosion are exposed.Combining with common quality defects and practical engineering experience,measures and green construction technology are put forward to prevent common quality defects of prefabricated box girder.It has reference significance to reduce the construction quality disease and improve the safety and durability of box girder.
