农村危房改造的影响因素分析及对策研究

农村危房改造是我国实行精准扶贫的重要举措,也是推动农村经济发展、改善农村居民生活质量的重要手段。近年来,我国对农村危房改造的重视度不断提升,但实际进行改造时,还是存在一些影响因素导致农村危房改造效果与预期目标不符,甚至存在难以实施改造的问题。基于此,论文主要研究农村危房改造的影响因素及对策,希望对相关人员有所启示。

Renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural areas is an important measure to implement accurate poverty alleviation in China,and it is also an important means to promote rural economic development and improve the life quality of rural residents.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural areas.However,there are still some influencing factors that cause the renovation effect of dilapidated buildings in rural areas to be inconsistent with the expected goals,and even have problems that are difficult to implement the renovation.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the influencing factors and countermeasures of rural dilapidated building renovation,hoping to give some enlightenment to relevant personnel.
