Project cost management is an important content of civil engineering project implementation and an important foundation to ensure the realization of economic benefits of project construction.In the traditional management mode,the cost control is only limited to the preliminary design and planning stage,and the cost management in the project implementation process and acceptance stage is not paid enough attention to,and the whole process of cost control system is not established.On the basis of making clear the significance of the whole process control of the cost of civil engineering,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the specific implementation process,and puts forward corresponding promotion strategies based on the actual situation,which lays a good foundation for the realization of the economic and social benefits of civil engineering,and hopes to provide reference for the development of related management work.
