Under the PPP mode,the government puts forward higher requirements for the supervision of social capital.The government not only needs to provide guarantee for the smooth operation of urban drainage and sewage treatment facilities by purchasing services,but also needs to infiltrate the concept of risk transfer and sharing into the project feasibility study,contract organization,bidding,financing,construction,operation,handover and other stages.In order to understand the construction,operation and maintenance management of sewage treatment facilities under the PPP mode,this paper introduces the theoretical basis of PPP mode,the PPP construction project of sewage treatment facilities and the construction process of sewage treatment facilities under the PPP mode,introduces the key points of operation and management,and further explores the effect of operation and maintenance management.It is hoped to provide reference for the effective application of PPP mode in sewage treatment facility construction projects.
