慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者IL-37表达水平及与肺功能的相关性

The expression level of IL-37 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its correlation with lung function

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者血浆白介素-37(IL-37)表达水平及与肺功能的相关性。方法选取2015年7月至2019年5月南京医科大学康达学院附属涟水人民医院收治的53例慢阻肺患者为观察组,选取同期110例健康体检者为对照组。检测两组血浆IL-37水平、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)和第1秒用力呼吸容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC),并依据肺功能测试结果将观察组分为GOLDⅠ级组(12例)、GOLDⅡ级组(15例)、GOLDⅢ级组(11例)、GOLDⅣ级组(15例)。比较各组血浆IL-37水平、FEV1%、FEV_(1)/FVC,并分析相关性。结果观察组血浆IL-37水平高于对照组,FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆IL-37水平:GOLDⅠ级组GOLDⅡ级组>GOLDⅢ级组>GOLDⅣ级组,FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC:GOLDⅠ级组>GOLDⅡ级组>GOLDⅢ级组>GOLDⅣ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血浆IL-37水平与FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC均呈负相关(r=-0.730、-0.675,P<0.001)。结论 IL-37与慢阻肺患者病情发展密切相关,可能可作为临床病情评估的标志物。

Objective To investigate the expression of plasma interleukin-37(IL-37)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its correlation with pulmonary function. Methods From July 2015 to May 2019,53 patients with COPD admitted to Lianshui People. s Hospital Affiliated to Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the observation group,and 110 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The plasma level of IL-37,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)%) and forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)/FVC)were detected in the two groups. According to the results of pulmonary function test,the observation group was divided into GOLDⅠ group(12 cases),GOLDⅡ group(15 cases),GOLDⅢ group(11 cases),and GOLD Ⅳ group(15 cases). The levels of plasma IL-37,FEV_(1)% and FEV_(1)/FVC were compared,and the correlations were analyzed. Results The level of plasma IL-37 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and FEV_(1)%,FEV_(1)/FVC were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Plasma IL-37 level:GOLD Ⅰ group GOLDⅡ group >GOLD Ⅲgroup > GOLD Ⅳ group,FEV_(1)% and FEV_(1)/FVC:GOLDⅠ group >GOLDⅡ group >GOLD Ⅲgroup > GOLD Ⅳ group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of plasma IL-37 inthe observation group was negatively correlated with FEV_(1)% and FEV_(1)/FVC(r =-0.730,P<0.001;r=-0.675,P<0.001). Conclusion IL-37 is closely related to the development of COPD. It could be used as a marker for clinical condition evaluation.
