风力发电系统无人机自动灭火关键技术研究

摘要 目前,虽然我国使用风力发电使清洁能源开发进入了发展快车道,但是风力发电机舱空间狭窄,设备分布密集,加之我国大部分地区的风力发电设备所处环境十分恶劣,一旦因环境温度过高或供电线路短路,必将会给风力发电机组带来毁灭性灾难。近年来,随着无人机技术快速发展,它在风电设备巡检及自动灭火方面发挥了重要作用。因此,文章基于山西广灵风电运维项目,针对风力发电系统无人机自动灭火关键技术进行研究,通过风力发电场无人机消防监控报警装置及无人机自动控制系统,实现“灾情侦查”“监控追踪”“火情扑灭”,实现对火灾事故的快速响应、及时消除,大幅减少因风电机组火灾带来的设备损失,同时有效避免人身伤亡事故发生,提高风电运维项目社会效益和经济效益。 At present,although the use of wind power generation in China has brought the development of clean energy into the fast lane,the space of wind power generator cabin is narrow and the equipment is densely distributed.In addition,the environment of wind power generation equipment in most parts of China is very bad.Once the environmental temperature is too high or the power supply line is short circuited,it will bring devastating disaster to wind turbine.In recent years,with the rapid development of UAV technology,it has played an important role in wind power equipment inspection and automatic fire extinguishing.Therefore,based on Shanxi Guangling wind power operation and maintenance project,this paper studies the key technologies of automatic fire extinguishing of UAV in wind power generation system,realizes"disaster investigation","monitoring and tracking"and"fire extinguishing"through UAV fire monitoring and alarm device and UAV automatic control system in wind power plant,and realizes rapid response and timely elimination of fire accidents,Greatly reduce the equipment loss caused by wind turbine fire,effectively avoid personal casualty accidents,and improve the social and economic benefits of wind power operation and maintenance project.
