多维度配电网月度停电检修任务智能优化方法

摘要 调度集约化后,地市供电局所管辖的配电网规模庞大,每天操作数量、操作优先顺序进行优化排序仍靠人工进行。本文针对配电网规模庞大,建立月度停电检修任务管理模型,搭建停电制度。基于JAVA,开发一款配电网月度停电检修任务智能优化小工具,实现月度停电检修任务排序一键优化,一键生成,真正实现月度检修计划编排的智能化。可保证每月上千条停电检修工作合理有序的进行,降低人工优化模式在电网、人力资源方面存在的不可估量的风险。 After the intensive scheduling,the distribution network under the jurisdiction of the municipal power supply bureau is huge,and the optimization of the daily operation quantity and operation priority order are still carried out manually.For the large scale of the distribution network,we establish a monthly power outage maintenance task management model,and build a battery shutdown.Based on JAVA,it will develop an intelligent optimization gadget for the monthly power outage maintenance task of the distribution network,to realize the one-click optimization of the monthly power outage maintenance task sorting and one-click generation,and truly realize the intelligent monthly maintenance plan arrangement.It can ensure the reasonable and orderly maintenance of thousands of power cuts every month,and reduce the immeasurable risk of manual optimization mode in the power grid,power and human resources.
