临床护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Path in the Nursing of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

目的研究临床护理路径应用在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的效果。方法对2017年12月至2019年12月来我院治疗的50例病例(急性心肌梗死病例)以抽签法分为观察组(25例,实施临床护理路径)和对照组(25例,实施常规护理)。对不同护理之后患者的康复情况进行统计和比较。结果护理后观察组的平均卧床时间和平均住院时间都比对照组短,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理后,观察组(3例,占12.00%)患者的并发症发生率明显比对照组(13例,占52.00%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪和睡眠质量均得到明显的改善,且改善效果比对照组更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生活质量均得到有效改善,改善明显比对照组更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组(23例,占92%)患者的护理满意度明显比对照组(17例,占68.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用在急性心肌梗死患者的护理中可以有效促进患者病情的康复进程,可以降低并发症的发生概率,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高整体睡眠质量和生活质量,提升患者的满意度,是理想的护理策略,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the effect of applying clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Fifty cases(acute myocardial infarction cases)who came to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)by lottery.The clinical care path(observation group)and routine care(control group)were implemented for the two groups of patients,and the recovery status of patients after different care was counted and compared.Results After nursing,the average bedtime and average hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the observation group(3 cases,accounting for 12.00%)the incidence of complications in patients was significantly lower than that in the control group(13 cases,accounting for 52.00%)(P<0.05);after nursing,the anxiety,depression and sleep quality of patients in the observation group all had been significantly improved,and the improvement effect was more ideal than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the quality of life of the observation group was effectively improved,and the improvement was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the patients in the observation group(23 cases,accounting for 92%)had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than the control group(17 cases,accounting for 68.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways in the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'anxiety and depression,improve overall sleep quality and quality of life,and improve patients'health Satisfaction is an ideal nursing strategy and is worth recommending.
