随访护理在根除幽门螺杆菌感染消化不良患者中的干预效果

Effect of Follow-Up Nursing on Eradication of Dyspepsia in Helicobacter Ppylori Infection

目的分析随访护理在根除幽门螺杆菌感染消化不良患者中的干预效果。方法本文总共纳入68例观察对象,均为2020年2月至2021年2月来我院治疗的幽门螺杆菌感染消化不良患者,采用红绿双色球法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,n=34)与研究组(随访护理+常规护理,n=34)。对比分析两组中医证候积分,统计用药依从性与护理满意度。结果在恶心、早饱、嗳气以及上腹有灼烧感积分上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在用药依从率上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在沟通交流、服务态度、信息告知以及护理责任感评分上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论随访护理用于幽门螺杆菌感染消化不良的护理效果理想,对于临床症状的改善具有促进作用,可有效提升治疗依从性与满意度,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of follow-up nursing intervention in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection with dyspepsia.Methods Sixty-eight patients with helicobacter pylori infection dyspepsia treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=34)and study group(follow-up nursing combined with routine nursing,n=34).Comparative analysis of TCM syndrome score,statistical drug compliance and nursing combined with satisfaction.Results The scores of nausea,early satiety,belching and burning sensation in upper abdomen were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(P<0.05).and the study group was higher than the control group in communication,service attitude,information notification,and nursing responsibility score(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of follow-up nursing for helicobacter pylori infection dyspepsia is ideal,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,effectively improve the compliance and satisfaction of treatment,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
