乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗阴道炎的作用

Effect of Lactobacillus Vagina Capsule on Vaginitis

目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗阴道炎的作用。方法将我院2017年4月至2019年1月收治的100例阴道炎患者随机进行分组,每组50例。常规治疗组对阴道炎患者予以克霉唑栓或者甲硝唑片治疗,辅助治疗组在常规治疗同时给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组1周内白带实验室检查转阴率、白带异常消失时间、白带实验室检查转阴时间、瘙痒消失时间、治疗前后生活质量、阴道炎炎性指标及6个月复发率。结果辅助治疗组1周内白带实验室检查转阴率高于常规治疗组,P<0.05。辅助治疗组生活质量高于常规治疗组,P<0.05。辅助治疗组阴道炎炎性指标低于常规治疗组,P<0.05。辅助治疗组白带异常消失时间、白带实验室检查转阴时间、瘙痒消失时间短于常规治疗组,P<0.05。辅助治疗组6个月复发率低于常规治疗组,P<0.05。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗阴道炎的作用确切,可有效控制阴道炎症,缩短治疗时间和改善生活质量,并提高治愈率,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of lactobacillus vagina capsule in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with vaginitis from April 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into 50 cases in each group.In the routine treatment group,patients with vaginitis were treated with clotrimazole suppository or metronidazole tablet,while in the auxiliary treatment group,patients with vaginitis were treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule at the same time.The negative rate of laboratory examination of leucorrhea,the time of disappearance of abnormal leucorrhea,the time of laboratory examination of leucorrhea,the time of disappearance of pruritus,the quality of life before and after treatment,the index of vaginitis inflammation,and the recurrence rate of half a year were compared between the two groups.Results The negative rate of leucorrhea laboratory examination in the auxiliary treatment group was higher than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the auxiliary treatment group was higher than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The inflammatory index of vaginitis in the auxiliary treatment group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of leucorrhea,laboratory examination of leucorrhea,and pruritus in the auxiliary treatment group were shorter than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in half a year was lower than that in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus vagina capsule can effectively control vaginitis,shorten the treatment time,improve the quality of life,improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
