腹腔镜与小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石患者的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Small Incision Cholecystectomy for Cholelithiasis

目的探讨腹腔镜与小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石患者的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的100例胆结石患者,将其分为50例观察组和50例对照组,对照组采用小切口手术切除胆囊治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术观察指标以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组失血量、手术时间和肛门排气时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后发生腹部感染、胆漏、残石以及胆管损伤等并发症的概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术操作简单,对患者机体的创伤小,治疗效果更佳,能有效降低并发症发生率,优化各项手术指标,促进患者身体的恢复,缩短患者的住院时间,从而减轻患者的经济负担。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis.Methods A total of 100 gallstone patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into 50 cases of observation group and 50 cases of control group.The control group was treated by small incision cholecystectomy,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The therapeutic effects,surgical observation indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 74.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood loss,operation time and anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of postoperative complications such as abdominal infection,biliary collapse,residual stones and bile duct injury were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is simple to operate,with less trauma to the patient's body and better therapeutic effect.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,optimize various surgical indicators,promote the recovery of the patient's body,shorten the hospitalization time of the patient,thus reducing the economic burden of the patient.
