贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验红细胞参数的检验价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Bblood Test Red Blood Cell Parameters in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的探究检验血液当中红细胞参数对贫血鉴别诊断的价值。方法对2018年1月至2019年8月来我院进行治疗的90例贫血患者作为观察组,另选90名健康体检者作为对照组,对所有研究对象利用血红细胞分析仪开展血液红细胞检查,分析红细胞在各参数方面的差异。结果①观察组缺铁性贫血患者的血HGB、RBC、MCV、MCH参数比对照组偏低,RDW比对照组偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组的溶血性贫血、巨幼细胞贫血患者的HGB、RBC低于对照组,MCV、RDW、MCH比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组的再生障碍性贫血、肝肾疾病和失血患者的HGB、RBC、RDW低于对照组,MCH高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同贫血类型的贫血患者在红细胞参数方面存在不同之处,总结红细胞各参数差异可以有效的分析患者的贫血类型,对临床的诊治工作具有重要意义,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the value of red blood cell parameters in the diagnosis of anemia.Methods Ninety patients with anemia who came to our hospital for treatment from January 2018 to August 2019 were regarded as the observation group,and another 90 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All the subjects were examined by a red blood cell analyzer.Analyze the differences in parameters of red blood cells.Results(1)The blood HGB,RBC,MCV,MCH and other parameters of the iron-deficiency anemia patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the RDW was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The HGB and RBC of patients with hemolytic anemia and megaloblastic anemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and MCV,RDW,and MCH were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Aplastic disorders in the observation group the HGB,RBC and RDW,MCH was higher the control group of patients with anemia,liver and kidney disease and blood loss were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anemia patients with different types of anemia have their own differences in red blood cell parameters.Summarizing the differences in red blood cell parameters can effectively analyze the types of anemia in patients.It is of great significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worth recommending.
