摘要
冯友兰的《贞元六书》,是要自觉地走出传统经学而转入新理学。这种自觉,基于他对传统经学的整体把握,也基于他立足时代背景下所拥有的历史意识。旧瓶新酒说、接着讲与照着讲的区分,都体现了这种自觉和追求。新理学作为宋明理学的接续,其实在内容和形式上都与后者大不相同,因为后者在本质上仍属于经学系统。清学和汉学则更具经学的典型特征,却成为冯友兰建构新理学时重点扬弃的对象。
In his Six Books of Zhen and Yuan,Feng Youlan wanted to construct the New Neo-Confucianism by departing from the Studies of Confucian Classics with full self-consciousness.This self-consciousness was based on his entirely grasp of the traditional Studies of Confucian Classics and his historical awareness.Feng advanced some theories,such as “old bottle-new wine” and the distinction between the two ways of studying Chinese philosophy,i.e.adherence and development.Both of the two theories are the reflection of his self-consciousness.As the development of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming dynasties,Feng’s New Neo-Confucianism is totally different.Under the construction of the New Neo-Confucianism system,the Qing school and Han school of classical philology,which were with characteristics of the Classical Philology,became the critical object in the Six Books of Zhen and Yuan.
