Determination of Heavy Metal Elements in Infant Supplementary Nutritional Supplements by Inductively Coupled Plasma Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的:考察婴幼儿辅食营养补充品中铅、砷、镉、汞、铝、铬、镍、锑、钼9种有毒有害元素的残留量。方法:建立电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)检测婴幼儿辅食营养补充品中9种元素含量的分析方法。针对分析过程中存在的质谱干扰,在MS/MS模式下,向碰撞反应池(ORS)中通入O;为反应气,采用质量转移法消除质谱干扰,在线引入内标法校正基体效应,稳定质谱信号。结果:在最优仪器条件下,各元素线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999,检出限范围为0.0002~0.038 mg/kg,回收率在92.4%~111.3%,精密度<4.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、快速,可用于婴幼儿辅食营养补充品中多种重金属元素污染的风险监控工作。研究可为婴幼儿辅食营养补充品中元素污染物相关食品安全标准制定完善以及婴幼儿人群膳食暴露评估提供数据支持。 Objective:To effectively investigate the residues of lead,arsenic,cadmium,mercury,aluminum,chromium,nickel,antimony and molybdenum in infant supplementary nutritional supplements.Methods:To establish an inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS) method for the determination of 9 elements in infant supplementary nutritional supplements.The analysis process due to the existence of mass spectrum interference,in the MS/MS mode,O;as reaction gas was injected into the collision reaction cell (ORS),mass transfer method was used to eliminate the mass spectrum interference,and internal standard method was introduced online to correct the matrix effect,and the mass spectrum signal was stabilized.Results:Under optimal instrumental conditions,the linear relationship of the elements was good,the correlation coefficients were>0.999,the detection limits were in the range of 0.0002~0.038 mg/kg,the recoveries were in the range of 92.4%~111.3%,and the precision was less than 4.5% (n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and rapid,and can be used for the risk monitoring of various heavy metal elements in infant supplementary nutritional supplements.The research can provide data support for the formulation and improvement of food safety standards related to elemental contaminants in supplementary nutritional supplements for infants and young children and the assessment of dietary exposure of infants and young children.
