摘要
以北京市四所高职院校的应届毕业生为研究对象,调查现代学徒制对高职生就业能力的影响,结果发现:约三成的高职生参加过现代学徒制,近七成的高职生参加现代学徒制的时间在半年之内,七成以上的高职生对现代学徒制是满意的,并认可现代学徒制对其就业能力的促进作用;参加现代学徒制能显著提升高职生的就业能力,且参加现代学徒制时间越长,对现代学徒制的满意度越高,其就业能力越强。基于此,进一步提出推进现代学徒制发展的相关建议。
Taking graduating students of 4 vocational colleges in Beijing as research objectives,this paper investigates the effect of modern apprenticeship on vocational college students employability.The results indicate that:about 30%of vocational students have participated in modern apprenticeship,and nearly 70%of them have participated in modern apprenticeship within half a year,and more than 70%of them are satisfied with modern apprenticeship;participating in modern apprenticeship can significantly improve vocational college students employability,and the longer time,the higher satisfaction lead to stronger employability.Therefore,some suggestions are proposed to improve the development of modern apprenticeship.
