The Comparison of the Characteristics of Values between the Young and Old Generations of Private Entrepreneurs——Based on the Survey Data of Shandong Province

基于课题组调查数据发现,山东省年轻一代民营企业家群体拥有较高的学历、较高的岗-专匹配度、较低的职务、强烈的财富追求欲望及多元化的生活价值观等特征。新老两代民营企业家在经营观、财富观、事业理想观、生活价值观等方面有差异。因此,应紧扣年轻一代民营企业家的群体和价值观特征,进一步提升其社会地位,采取更具针对性的培训措施,弘扬企业家精神,增强社会责任感,促进年轻一代民营企业家健康成长。

Based on the findings of the research team s survey data,the characteristics of the young generation of private entrepreneurs in Shandong Province are as follows:high degree,high duty-compatibility,lower position,strong desire of pursuit of wealth,diversified life values,and so on.The young and old generations of private entrepreneurs differ in their views on management,wealth,career ideals and life values.So we should closely follow the values and characteristics of the young generation of private entrepreneurs,further enhance their social status,take more targeted training measures,promote entrepreneurship,enhance social responsibility,so as to promote the healthy growth of the young generation of private entrepreneurs.
