美国社区学院兼职教师发展现状及启示

摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,美国社区学院聘任的兼职教师越来越多,但兼职教师从高校得到的专业发展支持及指导远远低于全职教师。为了确保学生学业成功,为兼职教师提供系统性的专业发展支持、专业发展机会和全方位指导至关重要,对兼职教师教学指导是缩小兼职教师与全职教师差距的有效方法。目前我国正大力发展高等职业教育,借鉴美国社区学院在兼职教师队伍建设方面的经验,规避其在发展中出现的问题,可以有效促进我国高职院校的师资队伍建设。 Since the 1970s,more and more part-time teachers have been employed in American community colleges,but the professional development support and guidance of part-time teachers from colleges and universities are far lower than that of full-time teachers.In order to ensure students academic success,it is crucial to provide systematic professional development support,professional development opportunities and all-round guidance for part-time teachers.Teaching guidance for part-time teachers is an effective way to narrow the gap between part-time teachers and full-time teachers.At present,we are vigorously developing higher vocational education,so it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of American community colleges in the construction of part-time teachers and avoid the existing problems in their development,only in this way can we effectively promote the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China.
