乾隆“天津府县志”的编纂及其学术价值

Compilation and Academic Value of Qianlong's“Tianjin Prefecture and County Chronicles”

乾隆年间,随着天津设府,附郭天津县,天津的地位迅速提升,天津地区方志的编纂工作提上日程。乾隆二年(1737),《天津府志》与《天津县志》的编纂工作相继启动,由于二志内容上联系紧密,主要编写人员同时负责二志编纂工作,故仅设置一个书局。本次修志,地方官员高度重视,组建了完备的修志班底,修志成员同心协力,从而保证志书质量。二志体例完善并根据天津历史特点有所创新,内容详略得当,取舍有度,考证严谨,作为天津首部府志和县志,为天津此后的修志活动提供成功范例与经验。

During the reign of Emperor Qianlong,with the establishment of a prefecture in Tianjin and its attachment Tianjin county,the status of Tianjin increased rapidly,and the compilation of local chronicles in Tianjin was put on the agenda.In the second year of Emperor Qianlong s reign(1737),the compilation of Tianjin Prefecture Chronicles and Tianjin County Chronicles started one after another.Because the contents of the two chronicles were closely linked,the main editors were responsible for the compilation of the two chronicles at the same time,so only one publishing house was set up.Local officials attached great importance to the revision of the two chronicles and established a complete team to work together,so as to ensure the quality of chronicles.The two chronicles are perfect in style and innovative according to the historical characteristics of Tianjin.The content is detailed and appropriate,the choice is moderate,and the textual research is rigorous.As the first local Prefecture Chronicles and County Chronicles of Tianjin,they have provided successful examples and experience for the subsequent revision of chronicles in Tianjin.
