摘要 试验研究日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌、姜黄素和免疫复合制剂对夏季绿壳蛋鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,选择16 000只186日龄绿壳蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1 000只鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组蛋鸡日粮中分别添加400 mg/kg凝结芽孢杆菌制剂、100 mg/kg姜黄素制剂、500 mg/kg免疫复合制剂。预试期1 w,正式试验期6 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组蛋鸡产蛋率均显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅰ组鸡蛋蛋壳相对重显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清白蛋白含量及试验各组血清白球比(A/G)有提高趋势,其中Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组白球比显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,夏季绿壳蛋鸡日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌、姜黄素和免疫复合制剂可以不同程度地提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比,改善蛋品质,提高血清白蛋白含量或白球比水平,增强抗病力。日粮添加免疫复合制剂对绿壳蛋鸡生产性能及血清生化指标改善效果较好。 In order to study the effect of Bacillus coagulans, curcumin and immune compound preparation on production performance and serum biochemical parameters of green-eggshell laying hens in summer, 16 000 186-day-old layers were randomly divided into four groups, with four replicates in each group and 1 000 laying hens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with corn-soybean meal based diet. The diets of group Ⅰ ~ group Ⅲ were supplemented with 400 mg/kg Bacillus coagulans preparation, 100 mg/kg curcumin preparation and 500 mg/kg immune compound preparation, respectively. The pre-test period was 1 w, and the positive test period was 6 w. The results showed that compared with the control group, the egg laying rate of group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The relative weight of eggshell in group Ⅰ significantly increased(P<0.05). The serum ALB of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ and the serum A/G of each test group increased, serum A/G in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding Bacillus coagulans, curcumin and immune complexes to the diet of summer greenshell laying hens can increase egg production rate in different degrees, reduce feed to egg ratio, improve egg quality,increase serum albumin content or white ball ratio, and enhance disease resistance. Addition of immune compound to the diet has a better effect on production performance and serum biochemical indexes of green-eggsshell laying hens.
