摘要 劳动价值观是人们关于劳动价值的根本认识和根本观点。新中国成立以来,我国的劳动价值观经历了从计划经济时代“劳动光荣”外在感召为主到新时代“劳动幸福”内在感受为主的巨大跃迁。这种跃迁体现了人们对劳动的认知与评价由偏重外在激励转向偏重内在感受,集中表现于四个维度:在主体维度上要实现“让劳动本身成为享受”,增强劳动者的劳动幸福感;在社会维度上要创设转向与跃迁的氛围和条件;在实践维度上要不断提升科学技术水平,创新劳动形式,增强劳动者的劳动愉悦体验;在价值维度上要把劳动幸福融入为实现中华民族伟大复兴的奋斗中。 Labor values are people’s fundamental understanding and views on labor values.Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,China’s labor values have experienced a great leap from the external appeal of“labor glory”in the planned economy era to the internal feeling of“labor happiness”in the new era.This transition reflects that people’s cognition and evaluation of labor have changed from emphasizing external incentives to emphasizing internal feelings,which are concentrated in four dimensions.In the subject dimension,it is necessary to realize“letting labor itself become enjoyment”and enhance workers’labor happiness.In the social dimension,it is necessary to create the atmosphere and conditions of transformation and transition.In the practical dimension,it is necessary to constantly improve the level of science and technology,innovate labor forms,and enhance laborers’pleasant labor experience.In the value dimension,it is necessary to integrate labor happiness into the struggle to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
