摘要
激活机体固有免疫系统来识别、攻击和消除肿瘤细胞而对健康细胞损伤较小的免疫疗法表现出良好的抗肿瘤疗效,有望成为一种新型抗癌治疗策略。某些诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的化疗药物可以诱导肿瘤细胞发生免疫原性细胞死亡(immunogenic cell death,ICD)。这一过程能够诱导肿瘤细胞释放损伤相关分子模式(DAMPs)从而激活机体内的抗肿瘤免疫系统。本文就ICD主要机制、ICD诱导剂的特点及其在抗肿瘤方面的应用进行综述。
In recent years,immunotherapy that activates the body’s innate immune system to identify,attack and eliminate tumor cells with less damage to healthy cells has shown good anti-tumor efficacy and is expected to become a new anti-cancer treatment strategy.Studies have shown that certain chemotherapeutic drugs that induce tumor cell apoptosis can induce tumor cells to undergo immunogenic cell death(ICD).This process can induce tumor cells to release damage-related molecular patterns(DAMPs)to activate the body’s anti-tumor immune system.This work reviews the main mechanisms of ICD,the characteristics of ICD inducers and their applications in anti-tumor.
