摘要
恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康和导致死亡的主要原因之一。循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)从原发位肿瘤组织脱落是引起远处转移的重要原因,因此,CTCs的捕获和检测对癌症研究和临床治疗实践具有重要意义。而CTCs是"稀有细胞",从复杂的血样中捕获及检测CTCs是当前急需解决的难题之一,纳米材料具有独特的结构和功能特性,已经广泛用于细胞捕获和细胞行为研究中,因此具备解决该挑战性问题的巨大潜力。在本综述中,主要讨论了纳米材料在CTCs捕获和检测中的应用,从而为肿瘤的监测和临床治疗实践提供新的见解。
Malignant tumor is one of the main causes threatening human health and causing death.The shedding of circulating tumor cells(CTCs)from primary tumor tissue is an important cause of distant metastasis.Therefore,the capture and detection of CTCs is of great significance to cancer research and clinical therapy practice.While CTCs are“rare cells”,the enrichment and detection of CTCs from complex blood samples is one of the current problems that need to be solved urgently.Nanomaterials have unique structural and functional properties and have been widely used in cell capture and study of cell behavior,so they have the great potential to solve the challenging problem.This review focus on the application of nanomaterials in the capture and detection of CTCs to provide new insights for tumor monitoring and clinical treatment.
