摘要
生物化学是生物与医药等相关学科和专业的核心基础课程,知识结构复杂、信息量庞大且实践性很强,在教与学的过程中存在学时紧张、学习兴趣和主动性不高等问题,导致学生产生排斥和厌学情绪。OBE是一种以"成果产出"为导向的教育理念。在此理念指导下,在生物化学课程建设及教学中采用线上线下混合式教学模式,发现学生的主动性、自主学习能力和综合应用能力显著提高,整个生物化学课程教学质量也明显提升。
Biochemistry is the core basic course of biology and medicine and other related disciplines and majors,with complex knowledge structure,large amount of information and strong practicality.There are many problems in the process of teaching and learning,resulting in students’lack of interest and initiative,resulting in rejection of psychology and other problems.OBE is a new outcome-based education model.Therefore,we have combined blended the online to offline teaching mode with OBE education guidance in the Biochemistry course construction and teaching process.The results showed that the education mode of Biochemistry can effectively improve students’initiative,the teaching quality and the ability of students’independent learning and comprehensive application.
