摘要
NAC转录因子是一类植物特有的转录因子家族,其共同特点是在N端含有一段高度保守、由约150个氨基酸构成的NAC结构域,而C端为高度变异的转录调控区。NAC转录因子在植物生长发育、胁迫应答以及次生代谢产物生物合成等生理过程中均发挥重要调控作用。本文就NAC转录因子的结构特征及生物学功能的相关研究进展进行综述。
NAC transcription factor is a plant-specific gene family, which contains a highly conserved NAC domain consisting of about 150 amino acids at the N-terminus, and a highly variable transcriptional regulatory region at the C-terminus. NAC transcription factors play important roles in multiple physiological processes including plant growth and development, response to stress, the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites, etc. Here, the progress in the characteristics of structure and function of NAC transcription factors are reviewed.
