基于三角白化权函数的综合能源后评价方法

摘要 针对综合能源后评价体系不完善、评价角度不全面的问题,构建了较为全面的综合能源后评价体系,指标涉及经济性、能源利用、环境保护、安全可靠、项目全过程及社会影响6个方面,在此基础上提出层次分析法和基于改进三角白化权函数灰评估的综合评价方法,以科学地给出综合能源后评价的综合结果。实例证明了提出的指标体系和方法的实用性和有效性,对综合能源项目的后评价工作具有借鉴意义,提高了综合能源的经验积累和管理水平。 Aiming at the problems of imperfect comprehensive energy post evaluation system and incomplete evaluation angle,a more comprehensive comprehensive energy post evaluation system is constructed.Indicators include economy,energy utilization,environmental protection,safety and reliability,the whole process of the project and social impact.On this basis,analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method based on improved triangular whitening weight function grey evaluation are proposed to scientifically give the comprehensive results of comprehensive energy post evaluation.The example proves the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed index system and method,which can be used as a reference for the post evaluation of comprehensive energy projects,and improve the experience accumulation and management level of comprehensive energy.
