摘要 现有行业内塑壳断路器通用的125壳架M型静触头结构装有反力弹簧,分断时动静触头可相互斥开,有利于增大开距,充分利用栅片切割成更多的短电弧,但实际应用中由于零件的加工工艺一致性偏差和装配误差导致实际效果并不理想,因此设计了一种改良型的静触头以提高实用性。 The existing 125 shell frame M-type static contact structure of molded case circuit breaker in the industry is equipped with reaction spring,and the dynamic and static contacts can be mutually repelled during breaking,which is conducive to increasing the opening distance and making full use of the grid to cut into more short arcs.However,in practical application,the actual effect is not ideal due to the machining process consistency deviation and assembly error of parts.Therefore,an improved static contact is designed to improve practicability.
