摘要
随着一次设备的大幅增多,高压实验的工作量也逐渐增大,高压实验内容存在着实验接线,而实验接线缺乏固定的地方,易出现松动,轻则影响数据的准确性,重则需重新接线,易发生触电事故。为此设计了一种新型辅助绝缘支架,在降低触电风险的同时提高实验效率。通过在变压器直流电阻测试中的应用,验证了该支架的实用性,值得在高压实验中推广使用。
With the increase of primary equipment,the workload of high voltage experiment is increasing gradually.Thereis experimental wiring in the high voltage experiment content.However,the experimental wiring lacks a fixed place and is prone to looseness,which affects the accuracy of the data in the test,or needs to be re-wired,which is prone to electric shock accidents.To this end,a novel type of auxiliary insulating support was designed to reduce the risk of electric shock and improve the efficiency of the experiment.Through the application in the transformer DC resistance test,the practicability of the bracket is verified,and it is worth popularizing and using in the high-voltage experiment.
