摘要
某AP1000核电站的MB-K型发电机端部采用单环双流式密封瓦密封氢气,密封瓦为青铜合金铸件,内侧浇铸巴氏合金,备件价格昂贵。该密封瓦尺寸大,椭圆度、平行度、平整度、粗糙度及公差要求极高,加工时还需考虑外力、温度的影响,因此加工过程十分关键。以该核电站#2机组大修过程中密封瓦的加工为例,设计加工专用工具,总结加工工艺,保证密封瓦加工满足技术要求。
The end of MB-K generator in an AP1000 nuclear power plant uses single ring double flow seal pad to seal hydrogen.The sealing bush is made of bronze alloy casting and Babbitt alloy is cast on the inner side,and the spare parts are expensive.The size of the sealing pad is large,and the requirements for ovality,parallelism,flatness,roughness and tolerance are very high.The influence of external force and temperature needs to be considered during processing,so the processing process is very key.Taking the processing of sealing tiles during the overhaul of the#2 unit of the nuclear power plant as an example,special tools are designed and processed,and the processing technology is summarized to ensure that the sealing tiles meet the technical requirements.
