高压电机的电晕原理及治理探析

摘要 良好的绝缘是保证电机安全可靠运行的关键,而电晕放电会导致电机绝缘老化加速,严重影响了电机运行安全及使用寿命。根据青海云天化公司一台高压电机的电晕现象,分析产生原理,并制定治理方法。处理完成后,电机经过一年运行无电晕现象,成功避免了电晕进一步发展进而破坏主绝缘的重大事故。 Good insulation is the key to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the motor,and corona discharge accelerates the aging of the insulation,which seriously affects the safety and service life of the motor.Based on the corona phenomenon of a high-voltage motor in Qinghai Yuntianhua Company,the generating principle is analyzed and the treatment method is formulated.After the treatment,after one year of operation,the corona-free phenomenon of the motor has been successfully prevented from further developing and damaging the main insulation.
