摘要
指标作为量化衡量企业经营状况的重要手段,广泛应用于企业管理,尤其是集团化发电企业的管理,并逐步形成符合自身管理特点的指标体系。传统BI技术存在对计算机大数据的专业知识要求很高,且需专门维护,不易被企业管理者接受等问题。基于大数据平台快速定义指标的方法是帮助集团化企业建立符合自身管理特点的指标体系,并将此指标体系快速、便捷地应用于管辖范围内的下级单位(分公司),利用大数据平台海量数据并行处理技术,快速生成各层级的指标数据。快速定义指标的方法有效改变了传统的以面向数据的方式提取、转换和加载的BI技术。以某发电集团企业为例,介绍该发电集团基于大数据平台快速定义指标的方法,为管辖的电站按三层管理架构(总部、区域、电站)构建指标,自动完成指标值的计算与存储,以期通过快速定义指标向发电集团提供标准化的、共享的和数据服务能力,从而降低数据互通成本,释放计算、存储、人力等资源,以解决业务和技术上的问题。
As an important means of quantifying the operating status of enterprises,indicators are widely used in enterprise management,especially in the management of group power generation enterprises,and will form an index system in line with its own management characteristics.Traditional Bi technology requires high professional knowledge of computer big data,needs special maintenance,and is not easy to be accepted by enterprise managers.The method of quickly defining indicators based on big data platform is to help group enterprises establish an indicator system in line with their own management characteristics.This index system is quickly and conveniently applied to subordinate units(branches)within their jurisdiction,and the massive data parallel processing technology of big data platform is used to quickly generate index data at all levels.The method of quickly defining indicators has effectively changed the traditional BI technology of extracting,transforming and loading data in a data-oriented manner.Taking a power generation group as an example,the method of quickly defining indicators based on big data platform is introduced.For the power station under its jurisdiction,indicators are constructed according to the three-tier management structure(headquarters,region and power station),and the calculation and storage of indicator values are automatically completed,so as to provide standardized,shared and data service capabilities to the power generation group through rapid definition of indicators.The cost of data exchange and release computing,storage,human and other resources are reduced to solve business and technical problems.
