摘要
采用Nvivo定性数据分析软件,对改革开放以来40份职业教育教材建设政策文本进行编码,构建以权威型、激励型、能力建设型、象征与忠告型政策工具为X维度,职业教育教材建设政策文本内容为Y维度的二维分析框架。研究发现,我国职业教育教材建设存在政策工具使用呈现非均衡性、学生需要和特色教材建设关注度不足、政策工具在教材建设内容运用上结构不均等问题。职业教育教材建设历经恢复建设、曲折探索、深化发展三个阶段,政策工具使用结构逐渐完善。未来,建议政府进一步均衡使用政策工具,完善职业教育教材建设政策运用体系;关注学生需求和特色教材建设,提升职业教育教材建设质量和针对性;注重政策工具和教材建设内容的二维整合,充分发挥政策效力。
Based on Nvivo qualitative data analysis software,this paper encodes 40 policy texts of vocational education textbook construction since the reform and opening up,and constructs a two-dimensional analysis framework with authoritative,capacity-building,symbolic and advisory and incentive policy tools as the X dimension,and the content of vocational education textbook construction policy texts as the Y dimension.It is found that the use of policy tools in the construction of vocational education textbooks in China is unbalanced,the attention of students'needs and characteristic textbook construction is insufficient,and the structure of policy tools in the application of textbook construction content is unbalanced.The construction of vocational education textbooks has gone through three stages:recovery construction,tortuous exploration and deepening development,and the use structure of policy tools has been gradually improved.In the future,it is suggested that the government should further make balanced use of policy tools and improve the policy application system of vocational education textbook construction;pay attention to the needs of students and the construction of characteristic textbook,and improve the quality and pertinence of the construction of vocational education textbook;pay attention to the twodimensional integration of policy tools and textbook to give full play to the effectiveness of policies.
