国际优质职业教育资源引进的本土化实践与思考——以宁波第二技师学院AHK项目引进为例 被引量:2

摘要 国际优质职业教育资源本土化是推进国内职业教育现代化的重要抓手,对我国现阶段职业教育的发展具有重大意义。国际优质职业教育资源本土化改造应遵循“吸纳性”与“融合性”并存、“有效性”与“可行性”并重、“计划性”与“灵活性”并举三原则。在此基础上,宁波第二技师学院以引进AHK项目为载体,通过师资力量“校本化”、场地设施“一体化”、课程设置“项目化”、合作对象“多元化”、培养过程“企业化”的“五化”途径,提升了教学活动的实效,整合了机电专业的教学资源,强化了专业教师的教学能力,提高了学校的办学水平。 The localization of international high-quality vocational education resources is an important starting point to promote the modernization of domestic vocational education,which is of great significance to the development of vocational education in China at the present stage.Therefore,this paper puts forward three principles for the localization of international high-quality vocational education resources:the coexistence of"absorption"and"integration",the equal emphasis on"effectiveness"and"feasibility",and the simultaneous development of"planning"and"flexibility".On this basis,taking the introduction of AHK project as the carrier,through the"school-based"of teachers,the"integration"of venue and facilities,the"project"of curriculum setting,the"diversification"of partners and the"enterprise"of training process,Ningbo second technician college has improved the effectiveness of teaching activities,integrated the teaching resources of major of electromechanical,strengthened the teaching ability of professional teachers and realized the value connotation of localization of international high-quality vocational education resources.
