群体动力理论视角下高职院校学生就业观的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 全面深入地把握高职院校的学生就业观,是推动高职院校学生高质量就业的有效举措。运用群体动力理论,采用频率分析、Pearson相关性分析等统计方法,探讨同辈群体在高职院校学生就业观中的作用,发现就业观的职业观、择业观、创业观三个维度均与同辈群体影响性具有显著性。因此,高职院校要以学长、班级、宿舍三种同伴群体为切入点,引导学生树立正确的就业观,同时要重视创业教育,培育创业意识,鼓励学生通过创业实现高质量就业。 A comprehensive and in-depth grasp of the employment concept of higher vocational college students is an effective measure to promote the high-quality employment of higher vocational college students.Using group dynamics theory,frequency analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and other statistical methods,this paper discusses the role of peer groups in higher vocational college students'employment view,and finds that the three dimensions of employment view,including career view,career selection view and entrepreneurship view,have significant influence on peer groups.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should take the three peer groups of students'elders,classes and dormitories as the starting point to guide students to establish a correct concept of employment.At the same time,they should pay attention to entrepreneurship education,cultivate entrepreneurship awareness,and encourage students to achieve high-quality employment through entrepreneurship.
