美、澳、德“双师型”教师培养的特色与启示 被引量:2

摘要 高素质的“双师型”教师队伍是技术技能人才培养的关键,学习和借鉴国际“双师型”教师培养先进经验,对我国“双师型”教师培养具有重要作用。总结美、澳、德“双师型”教师培养的经验特色,结合当今“双师型”教师培养现状,我国应鼓励聘任兼职教师、灵活确定招聘条件,规范教师资格认定体系、完善准入制度,校企共建培养模式、全面构建教师评价体系,侧重教师教学能力评价和完善全面多元保障机制,以期提高“双师型”教师队伍建设成效。 High quality"double qualified"teachers are the key to the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Learning from the international advanced experience in the cultivation of"double qualified"teachers plays an important role in the cultivation of"double qualified"teachers in China.Summarizing the experience and characteristics of"double qualified"teacher training in the United States,Australia and Germany,combined with the current situation of"double qualified"teacher training,China should encourage the employment of part-time teachers,flexibly determine the recruitment conditions,standardize the teacher qualification recognition system,improve the access system,jointly build the training mode between schools and enterprises,and comprehensively build the teacher evaluation system,focus on the evaluation of teachers'teaching ability and develop a comprehensive and diversified guarantee mechanism in order to improve the effectiveness of the construction of"double qualified"teachers.
