援建转型为共建:社会公益组织与图书馆合作新路径

From Assisted Construction to Co-Construction:A New Way of Cooperation between Non-Profit Organizations and Public Libraries

随着社会形势的变迁和图书馆事业的蓬勃发展,社会公益组织对图书馆的援建逐渐转型为共建。文章以广州市海珠区为例,探讨社会公益组织与图书馆合作从援建转型为共建的原因、案例以及原则。通过与社会公益组织的合作共建,可以弥补政府部门的投入不足,提高基层图书馆服务和管理水平,助力图书馆事业的发展。

As we are seeing the transformation of society and the boom in library development,non-profit organizations have become co-constructor in the advancement of library cause,instead of an assistant.Taking Haizhu District of Guangzhou as an example,this paper tries to understand this transformation through the discussions of its causes,cases and principles.The co-construction with non-profit organizations can compensate for the under-investment of government branches,improve the service and management level of grass-roots libraries,so as to support the development of public libraries.
