“Five Types,Five Paths”:The Cultivation of New Business Digital Talents

经济快速发展,必然带来商科深刻变革。当前数字经济加速推进,生产关系的数字化重构、消费模式的数字化变革、全球经济的数字化融合,亟需新商科人才培养的创新。应用型本科院校培养新商科数字化人才的主要方向是确立复合型、本土型、国际型、实践型和创新型的“五型”目标定位,根本要求是探索新专业、新模式、新课程、新内涵和新技术的“五新”实现路径。

Rapid economic development will inevitably bring about profound changes in business.At present,the acceleration of digital economy,the digital reconstruction of production relations,the digital transformation of consumption patterns and the digital integration of the global economy urgently require innovation in the cultivation of new business talents.The main direction of cultivating new business digital talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is to establish the“five types”target positioning of“integrated,native,international,practical and innovative”talents.The fundamental requirement is to explore five new paths:“new majors,new modes,new connotations,new courses and new technologies”.
